I promise I have not dissappeared

It has been a very long and exciting week to week and a half. I will have lots to update this week and I promise you will get the 28 week update! I was just too exhausted for last weeks with everything going on. Lots of news to come soon.

Hello 3rd Trimester

How very nice to meet you! Fitting that it is also a 90 degree day here! Hard to believe we are working on the homestretch now. Next week is my last monthly appointment and I have my glucose test. 13ish weeks to go.

Cloth Diapering Class

We had our cloth diapering class today and it was great! We got lots of information and got to see and touch every time of cloth diaper there is. I thought I knew what kind I wanted to use before but I think I may be changing my mind now. We need some more time to figure out which ones we will be buying but I did figure out that I am not a fan of pocket diapers if they do not have an opening for the insert on each side of the diaper. It was nice to clear up a lot of the mystery behind them. I think might even venture out and try prefolds and covers since they look a lot easier then I thought they would be. Thankfully we still have some time to figure it all out!

26 Weeks

26 weeks yesterday. I am a day late. I really was not feeling well yesterday and I was not up to the picture. I have been having some indigestion issues of late and I am not a fan of them. Beany is doing well. She is the length of an English hot house cucumber. It is hard to believe that the 3rd trimester starts next week and my shower is a week from Friday! I am starting to feel big these days. Bending over is not near as easy as it used to be.

On a whole different note, I introduced Michael to mint oreos tonight. He is a big fan!

Double Digits

Can you believe it...only 99 days left until my due date!?! Where has time gone? This means it is really time to get my butt in gear with the nursery. It's just so hard to believe that 5 months ago, today felt so far off and now I feel like I have blinked and the end is starting to get close.

Who wants to come help me purge my office? :)

25 week Doc Appt

So Beany and I had a doctor appointment yesterday morning. Thankfully we got nothing but good news. My blood pressure and weight gain are perfect and all of her test have come back great. My doctor says I am as close to a poster patient as they come! Yay!

I go back in 3 weeks for my last monthly appointment and do the glucose challenge. That is going to be oh so much fun. After that I go to the doctor every 2 weeks until 36 weeks. Time is just flying by now!

25 Weeks

Well I just got home from Atlanta late this afternoon so I am pretty exhausted today. I helped Kellie with a golf event yesterday. It was a busy week between my birthday and the golf event. The big development this week is that I can see Beany move on the outside. That is really freaking cool!

I have a doctors appointment in the morning so I will fill in more then.
